George Dyson, the son of physicist Freeman Dyson and sister of computer industry guru Esther Dyson, is a science and computing historian. His book “Darwin Among The Machines“, although now a decade old is a fascinating exploration of computing. Highly recommended. fring keeps the firsts coming. This year fring pioneered mobile VoIP for the apple iPhone. Then the release of the fringAPI planted the seeds for a growing ‘ecosystem‘ of fring Add-Ons. But the fring team aren’t relaxing. Now they’ve gone for the hat trick…
