At the 13^th Annual Global Mobile Awards the Sony Ericsson W910 won the award for the Best Mobile Handset/Device category.

The competition was tough with nominees, LG KU990 Viewty, Nokia 6500 Classic, Samsung G600 & 3 Skypephone alongside the W910. As per the judges the W910 was a winner because of its all-rounder capabilities. Its ease-of-use design has gained it quite the acceptance world-wide.

The 3 Skypephone got consolation prize for its extremely good VFM (Value-for-Money) handset as it’s the one of the first handsets to provide such a feature list at its price.
