The new fring “friends finder” section on the fring website gives you many ways to invite new friends to join you on fring.

Invite by email: just enter your own & your friend’s email address to the form. You can enter multiple addresses by separating them with a comma. This is the email your friends will get.

Find on other networks: you can invite your hotmail, gmail. Yahoo mail & AOL mail friends to fring. It is sweet and simple; just enter your email service credentials onto the form, make sure you are logged into fring with your fring credentials, and click “Next”.

First, fring will locate your email friends that are fringsters. Next, you can easily invite them to become your fring buddies (use the “add as friends” button)

The second step is to send an email invitation to all your email friends that are not yet fringsters. Just use the “send email invitation” button. This is the email you will send them.

Note: All information is submitted securely & fring does not store any of this information. Your credentials are safe and fring will never use them again without your specific approval.

The fring directory lets you look for old friends & make new ones.

Go to the fring website, friend’s finder section.

Search the fring directory by entering the following: User ID, fring nick name or user email that you want. If you don’t find your friend by his email don’t despair, try looking for him by his fring nick name. In fring we give you some options, nothing is mandatory. We might not have your friend’s email, so keep try using other information you have on him.

In search result you can view a fringster’s profile (if his profile is set to public, that is), and send fringsters a request to add them as buddies to your buddy list (click the ‘+’ icon).

If you want to make new friends, go to find new friends.

You can search fring user’s directory by gender, age, country, interest and occupation.

We are happy to introduce our fringster profile page, now available on the fring web site, as well as on fring’s latest S60 3.4 version (soon available to all fring platforms & versions)

Each and every one of you fringsters has a profile page on fring.com. The page is currently de-activated. In order to publish it- go to http://www.fringcall.com/login and login, using your fring user id & password as credentials (if you don’t remember your fring password click here).

After activating & updating your profile you can choose to make it public or private; keep in mind, if your profile is set to private- fringsters looking for new friends might miss you.

You can send your profile page link to your friends, so they know your fring User-ID and add you as a fring buddy easily. And of course, friends visiting your fring profile web page can chat with you via the fringME! Widget, connecting you from the web straight to your mobile device.
