How do I retrieve my password?

To retrieve your login details, please go to www.fring.com/password

-If you remember your user ID and the email address you used to register your fring account, you can retrieve your details to your email address or directly to your handset via SMS (only if you’ve entered your full international number) using the "Forgot your fring password?" tab.

-If you cannot remember your user ID but you do remember the email address you used to register fring, you can use the "Forgot your fring User-ID?" form (you can also try it if you have several email addresses but cannot remember which one you used to register your fring account).

-If all fail, this usually means you didn't use any email address to register your fring account and it is possible we will not be able to retrieve it. You can either Contact us about it or create a new fring account.

Note that if you’ve used fringOut and bought credit, you can Contact us with the transaction details so we will try to search your ID according to it.
