Why can't I initiate a fring video call?

Please note that currently video calls are supported only to other fring users,

You cannot video call to other IM or GSM contacts at this stage.

To initiate a video call follow these steps:

1. Add the friend you wish to call to your contact list by using the his fring ID (have a look in our
   user guides or here for more info).

2. Make sure you are connected through a high-speed connection such as a 3G or a Wi-Fi connection.

3. Choose your contact from the contact list and select the video call option.

4. Wave to your friend and enjoy free video calling!

If you did not succeed initiating the call, try to initiate a video 'fring test call' and Contact us with the results.
Make sure that the other side is also using a fring supported device that has video capabilities.
