How do I change my password?

Unfortunately, currently it is not possible to change the password you registered with.
We can, however, delete this account so you will be able to register again with a new password.
If you'd like that, please Contact us with the user ID you wish to delete and we'll remove you from our database.
If your E-mail address isn't registered with us, please go to your profile in the application, and add it before contacting us.

If you have fringOut credit on that account, please let us know so we can reactivate your fringOut balance after you register again with your new password.
