Ok. I love Fring, I use it all of the time but I have to silence my phone all of the time just so I don't hear the default annoying vibration and notification sound.. It just gave me such a headache hearing it all the time. So.. am I just blind and can't figure out how to change it or toggle it off? If I am truly not blind.. please include these features in an update soon..

I am having the same problem. Annoying Fring style sound for 10 seconds after EVERY MESSAGE and CALL. It is unbelievable shitty. How can I remove all those fring sounds and keep hearing only standard system sounds for calls/messages? Thank you. My mobile: HTC Tattoo. Andr 1.6

Ringtone makes fring nearly unusable.

These sounds are big problem because i have to turn off phone sounds, it would be excellent if we could do couple of things:
- only to notify us for incoming messages if fring is minimised (in the background)
- change message sounds (or set it only to vibrate)
- change ringing sounds (or set it to vibrate)
- maybe to enable notifications thru android notification bar and trackball light signals

This is a problem for me too - I'd like to be able to turn off the vibration, but not the sound (as well as pick my own sound) when receiving messages, without having to set the entire phone to silent.

The constant vibrations makes long chats unbearable. The damned thing should at least stop vibrating when the window's open and the screen's on...
