Default Frign mutes the phone during call
When using the latest version on HTC Hero Fring mutes the phone when making a call to another Fring user. The other part hears me fine but I can't hear him even when I unmute the phone.

Default I have the same problem
This may be the same problem that everyone is reporting with Motorola Milestone, which has Android 2.0.1. Did you install a ROM with a never version of Android?

I'm having the same problem on my HTC Hero from Sprint. Android 1.5. Not rooted. The other party on Skype via Fring hears me fine but I cannot hear them. There's a mute icon showing up on notification but I don't know how to get rid of it.

Thumbs down Problem solved
Just upgraded to latest version and now everything works fine. Fring still mutes the phone but let Fring's own sound through.

If you're still having problems with the audio - please try to call the fring test call and let me know how it goes.

I'm still having the same problem on my HTC Hero. I have the newest version of Fring. The phone goes into mute and cannot hear anything even to Fring test call.

Can't hear other party on my Hero either. Test call works intermittently at best; always connects but usually I can't hear anything.

I'm also having this problem with fring 1.0.25 on Android 1.5 - non rooted, when connected 3G and receiving a SIPP call I get about 20 secs of normal conversation (some delays and the caller gets their voice echo'd back) then my phone mutes and can't be unmuted, the caller can hear me fine.

Looking forward to 1.0.26

Unhappy Having same issue with HTC Eris
New phone, running Android 1.5, software version 1.17.605.1

Speaker mutes during Fring calls

Is this a bug or do I need to change a setting somewhere?
