I have a subscription for a month. When i try to call it brings me to the payments page. When i try to resubscribe for a month it conferms that i have a current subscription and can’t subscribe again. What am i doing wrong? I’ve tried manually putting in the number and adding it as a contact. It has worked in the past. Please help.

If you and your friend both have fring installed on your devices, you can call each other for free.
The payments are for fringOut, which enables you to call numbers not associated with fring.

We tend to answer within 48 hours, even though you sent us the ticket on the weekend (Sunday).
Your ticket will be processed within the time frame promised, and you will get your answer soon.

hello fring team,
first of all, thanks a lot for making an accessible IM app for screen readers.
i’m currently using nokia e5, symbian 9.3, and do not have any options ./addons to use facebook chat.
i’ve filed couple of tickets , but an update for symbian is still pending.
other apps, however includes facebook chat as default, so why not fring?
this drives away many of my friends cuz most of symbian 9.3 devices can not use facebook chat.
at least come up with minor update, including fb chat as default rather then extra add-on or plugin.

You should be able to use fring, but some of the features might not work.
I suggest to download fring from http://www.fringcall.com/download and try some test calls.

Have you thought about giving 50c or $1 worth of free FringOut calls when people subscribe. I downloaded the application and would be interested in FringOut as I use Skype from my PC but the Skype application on my mobile is crap.
If Fring is just as bad I don’t want to blow 10 Euro finding that out. If I was able to call 5 landline numbers for a 3 minute call to check the quality then I’d gladly fork out 10 or 20 euros of credit.
If you are better than Skype on a mobile then there is a point in using Fring. If not better it is pointless because I am already familiar with Skype and SkypeOut and have 100s of contacts in them.
