fringTM helps partners spread their
own fringing freedom!

LONDON, 03 March 2008, fringTM has just announced the launch of its Affiliate Program, enabling potential partners such as SIP, Broadband VoIP ISPs and WiFi providers to sign up and gain mobility for their product and offer fring’s benefits to their users.
Partners registering with the fring Affiliate Program will now be able to offer their users the opportunity of downloading a version of fring from their own web site preconfigured with their SIP or Broadband VoIP ISP or WiFi service settings and the user’s account login credentials.  This provides the user with a hassle-free way of taking their traditionally PC-based SIP broadband and WiFi accounts and contacts mobile.
And with the combination of fring’s feature rich benefits, users will be able to talk, chat and interact from their mobile phones with all of their mobile and online communities, including fringTM, Skype®, MSN® Messenger, Google Talk™, ICQ, Twitter, Yahoo!™ and AIM®.
Plus, the latest version of fring launched in January is now available in 7 languages and includes a file transfer feature, enabling fringsters to swap music, picture and video files directly between each other and their MSN and Skype buddies, without the need for other transfer methods such as MMS, cables, infrared or Bluetooth.
Once downloaded, fring will automatically integrate the SIP, Broadband VoIP ISP or WiFi service settings with the user’s mobile and social community contacts all into one single contact list, with presence indicators displaying whether the contact is online, away or offline and what network they are connected to at any one time.
VP, Product Marketing, Roy Timor-Rousso explains: “The Affiliate Program announced today is a good example of fring’s belief in openness and freedom. We are giving open access to any partner who wishes to broaden their product offering and capitalize on the benefits offered by mobility. In joining the affiliate program, partners will be able to offer their users the fring’ freedom of choice proposition, enabling them to talk, chat and interact from their mobile devices and remain connected with all of their online communities, regardless of device, platform or network.”
Partners interested in joining the fring Affiliate Program should go to the fring Partners Page to sign up and take their product and users mobile.
