fring no longer available for new users on WM, UIQ, J2ME
As of today, fring for WM, UIQ & J2ME is no longer available for new users. We will continue supporting existing users on these platforms for the foreseeable future.
A big thank you for our users and hope to see you soon on our fully supported platforms including iPhone, Android and Nokia/Symbian.

Some time ago you promised to implement video calls using the back camera in some older Nokia phones. Is this feature still being planned?

Hi guys, What does this mean in the long run? Will you support the new Microkia devices coming or are you killing support for WM forever?

I’m a Windows Mobile user, and
I plan on reinstalling fring soon (sd card in my phone where all my apps were installed died). Can I download the last WinMob version available somewhere?
The installer I have saved here looks like the files in the cab are dated 9-1-09!
thanks

Fring on my UIQ 3 handset is still working - I’m connected right now.
This is a great application and service(sic!), and certainly there are many thousands users of UIQ 3 phones, for whom Fring is the only solution to make VoIP calls with relatives. So, the Fring staff should not disconnect the currently active applications for UIQ 3 phones.
Now economic bill determines the target, it is understandable but don’t forget about the people.
Regards.

Fring works again on UIQ3 phones - I did VOiP calls and chats a few minutes ago by SE-P990i.
BRAVO Fring, restoring VOiP services for UIQ 3 phones is a wonderful gesture! :-**
